Small countries highlight Oscars’ top foreign film short list

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Films from Cambodia, Palestine, and Bosnia and Herzegovina made the short list of candidates vying for the best foreign language film Oscar nomination, the Academy Awards organizer said on Friday.
